I have high expectations for this company. I feel that when a company grows too rapidly, it can loose that personal touch. And that is not what I want to see happen to us.

I feel that Rite-Way Transportation should be able to provide a feeling of friendly, family oriented, affordable transportation for all people with special needs. I want our customers to feel they can count on us when they need a ride to a Doctor's appointment or to just go shopping.

I would also like our customers to have the feeling they are calling a friend if they needed a ride. I want them to feel comfortable and independent enough so they do not have to depend on a family member to come and take them for their day to day activities.

A lot of insurance companies do not cover transportation in their policies. I am trying to find alternative ways to absorb transportation costs. And I hope to achieve this through grants, donations or maybe even a government contract.

I know it must be a scary feeling to have a stranger come and pick you up, and put you in the back of a van and the driver all the way up front and not say a word to you. That would make me feel uncomfortable too. I want my drivers to be like a old friend lending a helping hand.

Call me old fashion or just a country boy that came to the big city, but that is how I was raised!
